Our PU Insole Pouring Production Line represents a complete fullyautomatic continuous manufacturing solution specially engineered for massvolume production of polyurethane shoe insoles. The overall dimension of the complete assembly line is 25m * 2.3m * 1.6m. It is equipped with a 22meter long heating oven, and each oven section measures 20001100900mm. The oven maximum power reaches 70KW, and the builtin oven fan motor runs at 0.37KW. Advanced hotair circulating design distributes heat evenly inside the entire oven chamber. Uniform temperature environment is critical for PU foaming and curing process; it effectively prevents common defects such as partial foaming, surface air bubbles, uneven hardness and product deformation. Even under nonstop longshift factory operation, the oven maintains steady thermal performance and avoids temperature fluctuation which may cause large batches of defective insoles.
For power and motion control, this production line adopts wellknown Delta servo drive system, and the drive motor power is 5.5KW. Cooperating with highprecision PLC and intuitive touchscreen humanmachine interface, operators can conveniently adjust conveyor running speed, oven zone temperature, timing parameters and production logic on screen. Complex professional background is not required for daily operation. The conveying system is fitted with 48 sets of doublelayer mold plates. Each mold plate dimension is 1000mm500mm6mm. Doublelayer structural design greatly improves space utilization and daily production capacity. By simply replacing different mould inserts, manufacturers are able to produce PU insoles in diverse sizes, thicknesses, patterns and functional styles to satisfy different market demands.
Mechanical durability and antiwear performance are fully considered for heavyduty continuous factory operation. The chain and chain groove adopt standard 4mmthick chain and 4mmthick chain track. The travelling wheels are solid iron wheels embedded with 304 stainless steel bearings, and the wheel track thickness is 5mm. These heavyduty configurations reduce friction loss, lower noise and extend service life under repeated cyclic movement. The whole supporting framework is built with nationalstandard 4080 channel steel with material thickness ranging from 3.5mm to 4.0mm. The connecting rod uses nationalstandard 4060 square tube with 2.0mm wall thickness. Robust steelwelded structure resists bending and deformation under longterm fullload working conditions, which helps customers reduce spareparts replacement frequency and lower laterstage maintenance expenditure.
The standard rated working condition is 380V / 50HZ. Customized voltage and frequency options are available to match powersupply standards from different countries and regions. The machine supports CE certification to satisfy export compliance requirements for overseas shoemaking plants.
The whole manufacturing workflow covers PU rawmaterial feeding, automatic metering & pouring, hightemperature foaming, thermal curing, and finishedinsole discharging. All core procedures are completed on this onestop production line.
