This automatic PU insole pouring making machine is specially developed for mass production of polyurethane shoe insoles and shoe soles, widely used in footwear manufacturing factories. Adopting low‑pressure PU foaming technology, it can realize accurate material mixing, automatic pouring and continuous curing production, greatly improving production efficiency and product consistency.
The whole set of equipment includes material tanks, metering pump pouring unit, servo drive system and 25‑meter long assembly line with supporting oven. The material tank adopts 304 stainless steel inner tank with 120L capacity, working pressure ranges from 0.05MPa to 0.3MPa. Equipped with 0.2KW stirring motor at 25RPM, it keeps polyol and isocyanate materials well mixed and avoids raw material solidification.
High‑precision metering pump is the core part of this machine. Its metering accuracy reaches 1/1000, with flow rate of A material 25CC and B material 15CC. The injection flow is 40‑80G/S, injection pressure adjustable between 0.1MPa‑3.99MPa. It can adapt to raw material viscosity of 500‑2000 mPa·s under 22℃ working condition, ensure stable proportion of two‑component PU raw materials, so as to get uniform foam density for finished insoles.
The production line is driven by 5.5KW Delta servo motor for stable running. The assembly line overall dimension is 25m2.3m1.6m. It is fitted with 48 pieces double‑layer mold plates of 1000mm500mm6mm. The matched oven is 22 meters long with max power 70KW, which provides constant temperature curing environment for PU foaming. Oven fan power is 0.37KW for even hot air circulation.
All structural parts adopt high‑quality national standard steel. The chain and chain groove thickness is 4mm. Solid iron wheels are built‑in with 304 bearings, and wheel rail thickness is 5mm. The bracket uses 4080 channel steel of 3.5‑4.0mm thickness, connecting rod uses 4060 square tube of 2.0mm thickness. The whole frame owns good rigidity, anti‑deformation performance for long‑time continuous operation.
Rated working voltage is 380V / 50HZ. Main machine power is 10KW. This complete PU pouring line supports large‑batch continuous production for shoe insoles and soles.
