Automatic Orbital Stretch Wrapping Machine for Long Products & Industrial Packaging

The Orbital Stretch Wrapping Machine is designed for efficient and uniform wrapping of long, narrow, irregular, or bundled products. Using a rotating orbital ring, the machine applies stretch film continuously around the product to provide secure packaging and protection during handling, storage, and transportation.

It is suitable for products that are difficult to wrap with conventional turntable-type packaging machines, offering consistent film tension, adjustable wrapping speed, and a neat finished package. Orbital wrapping technology is widely used for products such as profiles, tubes, pipes, panels, frames, flooring materials, and other long-shaped products.

Orbital wrapping is particularly suitable when conventional pallet wrapping equipment cannot effectively accommodate the product shape or dimensions.
