The Automatic Shoe Heel Counter Molding and Shaping Machine is purpose-built for manufacturing thermoplastic and fiberboard heel counters used in all types of footwear. The heel counter provides structural support to the heel area of shoes, and this machine ensures each counter is molded to precise shape specifications with consistent quality.
The machine combines material heating, press molding, and cooling in one automated cycle. Thermoplastic sheets (TPU, hot melt, or impregnated fiberboard) are heated to activation temperature (80-180°C depending on material), pressed between male/female molds to form the heel counter shape, then cooled under pressure for dimensional stability. The entire cycle from loading to finished part takes 15-25 seconds.
Dual-station design allows simultaneous heating and molding/cooling, doubling output. The mold temperature control system maintains ±2°C accuracy for consistent results across production runs. Quick mold change capability supports multiple shoe models on a single machine.
