Our Black Masterbatch is specifically formulated for the footwear industry. It delivers consistent, deep black coloring across all common shoe materials, including EVA midsoles, rubber outsoles, TPU injection parts, and PVC accessories.

Engineered for high dispersion and heat resistance, this masterbatch eliminates common defects like specks, streaks, or uneven color distribution — ensuring premium surface finish on every shoe component.

Processing Guidelines (H2)

  • Drying: Not required for EVA/PE carriers. For TPU carrier, dry at 80°C for 2 hours.

  • Dosage: Add directly into hopper with base resin.

  • Mixing time: 3–5 minutes for uniform distribution.

  • Temperature profile:

    • EVA: 170°C – 220°C

    • Rubber: 150°C – 180°C (vulcanization)

    • TPU: 190°C – 240°C

    • PVC: 160°C – 200°C
